At the start of the consultation please ensure that you have filled in your patient profile fully - allergies, medications taken and medical conditions etc.

Have all medical reports, photographs of the injury/ rash/ abnormality, laboratory results , radiological reports- CXR, MRI, CT scans, Treadmill , Cardiac Echo Report etc uploaded in this user interface for the doctor to have a look during the tele-consultation

Please do take you Basic Vitals- Current Temperature, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Oximetery (if possible) and upload / type into this user interface prior to the tele-consult to assist the Doctor in the diagnosis process.

Cost of Telemedicine Consultation will be charged to your credit card-

A) Basic Standard Tele-Consultations

1. Tele-Consultation Only up to 10  min  $55.20
2. Tele-Consultation Only  up to 15 min - $65.80 
3. Tele-Consultation Only  up to 30 min -$128.50

Cost of Consultation is as FEMA Telemedicine Consultation Fees Schedule ( on website: www.femaglobal.com)

All consultation in excess of the booked appointment duration  will be billed in 5 min blocks of  $38.50 

Prescriptions:

All Prescription Fees are at SGD$18 per prescription per medical condition

For repeat of prescriptions for different medical conditions, each medical condition is charged at a fee of SGD$18

All prescribed medications will be able to either delivered to you (fees apply for delivery) at your designated address once online payment to the pharmacy is made for the medications. Or you will be able to buy the medication(s) directly from a designated  pharmacy. 

B) Specialized Tele-Consultations

          1) Telemedicine Consultation Recreational Diving Personnel for a 20 min Tele-Consultation

                        c) TeleBaroMed (Urgent Care-for Recreational) SGD $580.80

                                     ~TeleBaroMed is for non-Emergency Tele-Consultations  for Diving Injuries~ 

           2)  Telemedicine SCUBA Diving FITNESS Screening

This is a  30 min Non-Emergency Diving Fitness Screening Tele-Consultation without a physical examination and without any investigations - for the  Recreational , Technical and Non-Commercial Diver.

                      a) Telemedicine SCUBA Diving FITNESS Screening SGD$138.50

                               ( Should the Tele-Consultation  exceed the allocated time of 30 mins, the excess

                                  time will be billed in 10 mins blocks, each  block at SGD$68.20)

The Telemedicine SCUBA Diving FITNESS Screening is a screening Tele-Consultation only to assess the adequacy of the potential Recreational SCUBA Diver. No MEDICAL FITNESS to DIVE Certificate will be issued.

This is a screening consultation for potential Recreational Diving Candidates with medical conditions like Asthma ( Adulthood & Childhood), Thyroid Function Abnormalities, Anemia, Chest Trauma, On Certain Regular Medications etc

If you pass this screening consultation you will will be recommended to undergo an in-person physical medical examination and various test for Recreational SCUBA Diving to attain a Medical Certificate for Fitness to Dive. This certificate will be conducted and issued in accordance with South Pacific Underwater Medical Society (SPUMS) based on an Internationally recognized standard)

All tele-consultation in excess of 30 mins will be billed for the basic 30 mins and the excess time (overtime) will be billed in 10 mins blocks, each  block at $68.20

Important aspect please note:

1. Time of consultation is from the start of the consultation to the end of the consult when when all memos, prescriptions referral letters have been issued to the patient.
2. All Memo/ referrals to Specialist will incur a fee of $25 per referral
3. Should more than (>1) memo/referral etc be required and/or a more detailed memo/referral  be required an additional fee of $25 (per referral)  and above will be billed to your credit card-for each additional memo and the more detailed memo.
4. Medical Certificates ( MC's) are only issued at the Doctors discretion upon reaching the Diagnosis after the  Tele-Consultation. 
5. Do note that the time of consultation will include writing of prescriptions, medical memos/reports/referrals etc which are chargeable
6. Charges apply for each subsequent Tele-Medical Review
7. Should you be suspected of having the COVID19 infection - in accordance with the various Ministry of Health Cirrculars/Guidelines, Proper Standard Ministry of Health Protocols and Workflow for Persons Suspected of the Disease will be adhered to and followed.
9. The Tele-consultation fees are NOT inclusive of further test like Radiological Test-CXR; Laboratory test -blood /urine test, Specialized Test - ECG/EKG, Ultrasound etc

 Should you feel too sick/unwell during the Telemedical Consultation you should abort the Telemedical consultation and to present yourself to the Hospital Emergency Department of any Local Hospital in Singapore. Emergency Transport to the local hospital can be arranged by calling 995.
